Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. You will work closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Provide clients with project updates.
• Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the agency's services with existing clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Exceptions can be made with proof of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Must pass background check.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Assistant to support our business development & sales efforts. This position will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, maintaining lead data, working alongside the core team to meet sales KPIs, and ensuring our CRM and outreach systems stay organized and up to date. The ideal candidate has experience in remote assistance, prospect research, and light sales or marketing support—especially within an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients
Personalize leads based on specific criteria to align with our ideal client profile
Maintain and update lead data in CRM and sales platform
Qualify leads using pre-defined metrics to ensure market alignment
Assist in drafting and refining sales materials, such as email templates and outreach messaging
Track and report on lead generation performance and key metrics
Provide general administrative support for sales, including note-taking during team calls, organizing digital files, and documenting outreach activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, lead generation specialist, or similar role
Strong written and spoken English skills
Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and CRM tools
Highly attentive to detail and able to follow structured processes
Self-starter who can work independently and reliably meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must pass a background check.
