Inside Our Creative Production Process

End-to-End Service vs. Standalone Service: The Difference

At BILLIONMONSTERS, we typically work with clients in three ways: an end-to-end creative production, standalone professional photography/videography, and a-la-carte.

  • End-to-End Service: We handle all logistics from pre-production to production, and post production. The client is encouraged to be as hands on or off as desired. Clients are welcome and encouraged to join us on set. We are based in Los Angeles but work with clients all over the world.

  • Standalone Service: The client can hire us just for the photography or videography portion of the shoot. The client manages all aspects of the production such as finding locations and models. We show up on set to capture the photos/videos.

  • A-La-Carte Service: Every client has unique needs. If your current requirements don’t fit a standard workflow, we can tailor our services accordingly.

Production timelines and budgets vary based on scope, but careful planning is key. We start with a discovery call to align on creative direction and production needs. From there, we develop a structured timeline and scope of work.

Talent & Model Casting, Vendor Network

Based on the client’s needs and preferences, we can recommend models and modeling agencies. Our extensive experience in model and talent casting comes from years of reviewing thousands of models and casting calls. With deep industry experience, we’ve built a robust network of models and talent across both personal and professional circles.

We also maintain close relationships with:

  1. Makeup artists and hairstylists (including those who offer both)

  2. Stylists and set designers

  3. Creative directors

  4. Other specialized creative vendors

Locations & Studios

For productions and shoots in Los Angeles and across California, we can provide insights into ideal locations. For productions outside of California, we offer virtual location scouting and in-depth research to ensure the chosen location meets all production requirements.
